He started as a Field Service Technician, quickly distinguished himself through his work ethic and leadership ability, earned his way to Foreman leading field teams on complex service projects, and now serves as Operations Manager. His progression through every level of field operations gives him a perspective that combines deep technical expertise with practical people leadership.

Julio’s hands-on experience spans vacuum truck operations, tank cleaning, confined space entry, pressure washing, and hazardous materials handling. He has personally performed the work he now manages, which means he understands the real-world challenges his crews face and provides actionable, field-tested guidance, not just theory.

As Operations Manager, Julio is responsible for crew scheduling, equipment deployment, and field quality assurance. He ensures every team member has the training, equipment, and support they need to execute safely and efficiently. His teams consistently deliver on time and on scope, a direct reflection of his hands-on leadership style and commitment to operational discipline.
