Peter Haiges

Peter Haiges founded Ledgerock Environmental Group with a clear vision: build an environmental services company that operates with the capability of a national firm and the responsiveness of a local partner. With more than 25 years in the environmental services and residual waste industries, Peter brings the kind of deep operational knowledge that only comes from decades in the field.

Before founding Ledgerock, Peter held senior leadership positions at several environmental services organizations across the Mid-Atlantic, where he built expertise in waste management operations, regulatory compliance, large-scale project execution, and assembling high-performance service teams. A graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, he has spent his career scaling organizations, optimizing operational performance, and developing efficient, environmentally responsible solutions for industrial and municipal customers.

Peter’s leadership philosophy is straightforward: hire experienced people, give them the resources to succeed, and never compromise on safety or client service. Under his direction, Ledgerock has grown into a trusted partner for manufacturing, power generation, and heavy industrial clients across five states, delivering the kind of accountability, direct communication, and results-driven execution that larger firms struggle to match.
